Chromatographic analysis of acetylsalicylic acid in the culture fluids of rhodococcus

Abstract

The conditions for the quantitative determination of acetylsalicylic acid in postenzimatic cultural fluid of Rhodococcus by method of reversed – phased high-perfomance iquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) are established. The speed of the process of biodegradation and half-life of acetylsalicylic acid as a pharmaceutical substance and tablets are determined.
Key words: acetylsalicylic acid, biological degradation, Rhodococci, high-perfomance liquid chromatography, speed of the process, half-life. #388
