Spectral and electrochemical study of laccases
from basidiomycetes.
Abstract
Electrochemical and spectral characteristics
were investigated for three blue laccases from basidiomycetes Coriolus zonatus, Coriolus hirsutus è Cerrena
maxima. The laccase from Coriolus
zonatus was shown to have some abnormal parameters, presumably related to
the building of the enzyme active site. The equation describing the apparent
redox potential vs the ratio between
oxidized and reduced enzyme entities in solution was derived.
