The
analysis of some multicomponent medicinals using microcolumn chromatograph of “Milichrom” series
Abstract
On an example of the analysis some two, three and
fivecomponents of medicinal preparations the opportunities of use microcolumn
chromatograph of a series “Milichrom” are shown. Is proved, that the updatings
of devices with one shprice by the pump can successfully be applied to the
analysis of complex(difficult) mixes both in isocratic, and in gradiend modes.
The developed techniques included in the normative-engineering specifications,
within several years applied to quality surveillance of let out preparations.
