Surface Tension of Lyzozyme
Mixtures with Dodecyltrimethylammonium Bromide and Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate at
the Water/Air and Water /Octane Interfaces
Abstract
Influence
of the concentration and composition of lyzozime/surfactant mixtures (cationic
dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide and anionic sodium dodecylsulphate) on surface
tension at water/air and water/octane interfaces were investigated. In was
demonstrated that the shape of surface tension isotherm depends on the interactions
between protein and surfactants.
