estimation of features of pharmacokinetics of the modified medicinal form
trimetazidine
Abstract
Preductal MB" ("Servier", France) and tablets of trimetazidine the modified liberation is spent comparative ôapìaêoêèíeòè÷ecêoe preparation studying.
Their estimation pharmacokinetics indicators, values of bioavailability is
carried out. In experiences in vivo it is shown that processes of an
absorption, distribution, a metabolism and deducing of trimetazidine at
application of tablets of trimetazidine the modified liberation and "Preductal MB" are identical also medicinal forms are bioequivalent.
