Sorbent selection for preconcentration of
oxytetracycline from solutions
Abstract
The sorptionof oxytetracycline in thestatic
and dynamic modeon the different kinds of sorbents,
such as hypercrosslinked polystyrene, copolymer of
styrene and divinylbenzeneStrata SDB-L,N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone surface-modified copolymerof styreneand divinylbenzeneStrata-X,carbonnanomaterialTaunit anddiethylaminoethylcellulose was
studied. Explanations of the peculiarities of oxytetracycline
sorption depending on the acidityof the solution,the concentration ofoxytetracycline,
the nature of the solvent andthe
structural characteristicsof the sorbents were given.
