Methods of identification of the
formulation parameters for dilept tablets, innovative neuroleptic drug
Abstract
The technological characteristics of the
Dilept substance were studied, the appropriate excipients and formulation
parameters for Dilept tablets were selected. Identification, determination of
related substances, uniformity of dosage units and assay tests were performed
by HPLC. The quantitative analysis of Dilept in tablets for dissolution test
was conducted by UV-spectrophotometry. Dilept tablets were shown to be stable
during storage, a shelf-life of two years has been declared.
