Fluctuations of
the impurity photoconductivity in crystals of cadmium sulphoselenide doped with
potassium: non-equilibrium thermodynamics and mathematical modeling
Abstract
The results of
analysis by methods of nonlinear nonequilibrium thermodynamics and mathematical
modeling of fluctuations of the impurity photoconductivity in monocrystals
sulfoselenides of cadmium doped potassium when they are irradiated by impurity
light. Based on nonlinear thermodynamics, it is established that the loss of
stability of the system and the manifestation of critical phenomena is possible
when the system under study implemented autocatalytic stage and a negative
feedback. Based on the results of the qualitative analysis and numerical
integration of the mathematical model obtained, what implements one stationary
state of the type “unstable focus”; the conclusion is made about the occurrence
of critical phenomena as a result of bifurcation of Andronov-Hopf type of the
singular point in the limit cycle; it is shown that the proposed mathematical
model satisfactorily describes the regularities of manifestation of the
fluctuation effects.
