Peculiarities of the development of a
multiparametric immunochromatographic test system based on the analysis of
cardiomarkers
Abstract
An immunochromatographic test system was
developed for the simultaneous analysis of two cardiomarkers: heart type fatty
acid binding protein (h-FABP) and troponin I (TnI) in serum and whole blood. The
main stages of creating a multiparameter test system were reported: the effect
of the position of antibodies and the size of gold nanoparticles, influencing the results of the analysis. The limits of
detection of the method were 10 ng/ml for h-FABP and 1 ng/ml for TnI; the
coefficient of variation of the results of the analysis did not exceed 10%.
Using the developed test system, the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (N
= 9) was confirmed. The analysis time was 15 minutes.
Key words: immunochromatographic assay;
human heart fatty acid binding protein; human troponin-I; acute myocardila
infarction.
