Investigation of
molecular histograms of distances between atoms in organic homologs on the
basis of R/S analysis
Abstract
The spatial data
on the basis of molecular histograms of distances between atoms were studied
for 25 organic homologs using a rescaled range analysis. It is established that
all investigated spatial series have positive correlation between previous and
subsequent members. A simple linear model was constructed to explain the
variation of Hurst parameters between homolog series.
