Assessment of stability of a mercury film
on glass-ceramic carbon electrode when determining zinc in the presence of manganese
by anodic stripping voltammetry
Abstract
The possibility of assessing the stability
of a mercury film graphite electrode work in anodic stripping voltammetry is
shown, using Shewhart control charts. The offered way allows to increase
significantly efficiency of voltammetric determination of zinc and manganese
and to take measurements of analytes in samples during the working day without
replacement of a mercury film on electrode surface.
