Quantification of hexamethylenediamide bis-(n-monosuccinyl-l-seryl-l-lysine
(GSB-106) in the blood plasma by HPLC-MS
Abstract
The technique of quantitative determination
of a new compound, possessing antidepressive activity, GSB-106 in the rat blood
plasma was developed and validated. Analysis was performed by HPLC-MS. The
method was linear in the range of 50–1000 ng/ml. Recovery of GML-1 was 82,15%.
The low limit of quantification was determined as 50 ng/ml.
